Cope Associates was commissioned by Partners Development to serve as the medical tenant architect for their new 60,000 square foot medical office building located in the Turkey Creek development of Farragut in west Knox County. The 3-story multi-tenant medical building consists of nine medical practices:

University Orthopedic Surgeons, a division of Southeastern Orthopedic, PC, provides all levels of orthopedic care including the only Level 1 Trauma team in East Tennessee. University Orthopedic Surgeons expanded their services to occupy a new 12,000 square foot facility. Their new office consists of ten exam rooms, two digital x-ray suites, and a physical therapy suite providing exceptional care for their clients.

Gastrointestinal Associates, PC an eleven-physician, thirty-year-old specialty medical practice has extended their services with a 13,000 square foot medical clinic and ambulatory surgery center situated on two floors. Dr. Gene Overholt, President of Gastrointestinal Associates and The Endoscopy Center, is a nationally recognized leader in the internal medicine and gastroenterology health care field. The first floor is the The Endoscopy Center, an ambulatory surgery center, and the second floor is a Medical Clinic for Gastrointestinal Associates, PC. The two floors incorporate the latest electronic medical record technology and digital imaging.

SEO Therapy, an ancillary service of University Orthopaedic Surgeons, is increasing their sports medicine and rehabilitation services to occupy a 3,000 square foot facility, scheduled to open in August 2006.

Hematology-Oncology Consultants, directed by Doctor Wahid Hanna, one of the region’s most renowned Oncologist-Hematologists, expanded their offices to include approximately 4,000 square feet of clinic. This growth includes an eight-station chemotherapy treatment suite and provides an attractive, comforting outpatient care atmosphere.

Faculty Internal Medicine’s 9,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility for general medical practice includes fourteen exam rooms, bone density and treadmill testing suites, phlebotomy and analysis laboratory, three sleep testing suites and support services.

Associated University Radiologists’ medical facility occupies 9,500 square feet. This medical practice offers the most modern medical imaging technology to include a Computer Tomography suite, Gamma Camera Spect Imaging suite, Digital Radiographic suite, and a Radiopharmaceutical lab.

Vein Clinics of America specializes in all diseases of the veins. The 4,000 square foot facility consists of six patient exam rooms including an ultrasound suite. The facility opened in the summer of 2006.

National Neuro opened its newest facility providing specialty and rehabilitation services. The 4,700 square foot facility consists of three individual treatment/exam rooms and a large open gymnasium used for rehabilitation and educational purposes.
