Carson Newman College

The Carson-Newman College Stadium was a single phase in Campus Master Planning of the existing athletic facilities. A new stadium, a seventy-yard indoor practice field, an operations facility, and improvements to the outdoor practice field and stadium field provided much-needed updates to their college sports program. As is typical with many large projects, phasing of each plan was critical to ease the transitions and fiscal plans for the College. Staying within or below budget allowed uninterrupted phasing.
