Cope Architecture provided architectural design services for the Restoration at Simpsonville Assisted Living Facility in South Carolina. This facility provides assisted living housing and limited care. The facility provides accommodations for a total of 93 residents: 77 guests in studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units; as well as 16 memory care patient studios. The facility provides a full serving kitchen, public and private dining with an outdoor kitchen and grill, courtyards with walking paths; a library, great room with grand piano, arts & crafts classes, putting green, bistro and lounge, chapel, salon and spas, and ADA compliant units of each type. They are dedicated to make the residents’ lives easier and more enjoyable.
